Hitchin Town Continue Rebuilding Squad

Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division side Hitchin Town continued with their squad rebuilding, signing three new players Rhys Paul, Jhai Dhillon and Jonathan North ahead of Saturday`s game with St Albans City.

All three went into the squad for the draw at Clarence Park, with both North and Dhillin starting and Paul an unused substitute.

Commanding central defender Rhys Paul, arrives from Ryman Premier Division side Thurrock. He was released by Millwall football club in the summer and has also played for Salisbury City.

Left-sided player Jhai Dhillon, started out his football career with Hitchin Town youth set up. He joins the Canaries on loan from League One side Stevenage, initially for one month.

Jonathan North has joined Hitchin Town on loan from another Ryman League Premier side, Wealdstone. The 21-year-old Goalkeeper has been capped by Wales at various youth levels and was previously on the books at Watford and has also had a spell with Oxford United.
