Premier Division strugglers Eastwood Town have signed two strikers in Joe Flint and Martin Ormesher.

Joe Flint joins from Conference neighbours Mansfield Town until the end of the season and Martin Ormesher has signed from the Badgers` League rivals Witton Albion.

Flint is no stranger to the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League, after time played on loan with Hucknall earlier this season.

The 17-year-old, has already scored five times in all competitions this season and is a set-piece specialist, he has previously played for football league side Notts County and Teversal at junior level.

Ormesher is a left-footed forward or left winger who holds the ball up well to bring in other players into the game and is also said to be good in the air.

His goalscoring record is excellent, with former clubs including Leigh RMI, for whom he played in the Football Conference, Burscough, Newtown in the Welsh Premier, Droylsden and then Witton, who he joined last October Premier Division rivals Stocksbridge Park Steels.
